Customers in India can enjoy free shipping for orders valued at ₹ 1199 or above. In case the order value falls below ₹ 1199, a shipping fee of ₹ 50 including GST will be added.

The COD Fee and Shipping Charges are treated as separate entities and are applied according to their individual applicability. It is important to note that if you choose to return your order, any COD Fee or Shipping Charges paid will not be eligible for a refund.
If your order is cancelled, lost, or fails to reach your desired location, rest assured that we will refund the entire order amount, including any shipping charges, if you made the payment online.
Addressing Problems with Tampered Deliveries or Non-Deliveries
When it comes to delivering orders, StepinClothing relies on third-party courier services. These courier companies operate independently, and StepinClothing has no direct control over their operations or policies. In the unfortunate event that a courier service denies a customer’s claim of incorrect or tampered delivery, or non-delivery of parcels, StepinClothing cannot be held responsible for any losses. However, customers can take certain steps outlined in the guidelines below to ensure their claims are properly addressed.
In the event that the parcel is received in a tampered state, the customer must decline to accept it from the courier.
Customers are advised to record a video while opening their parcel, even if it seems to be in good condition. This video will act as evidence in case there are any unforeseen circumstances, such as receiving incorrect or missing products.
If a customer claims they haven’t received the parcel, but the courier company confirms its delivery, it is important for the customer to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery message. Rest assured, StepinClothing will promptly provide the customer with the Proof of Delivery (POD) once it is obtained from the courier company.
If the customer still doubts the authenticity of the shared POD (Proof of Delivery) even after sharing it, StepinClothing is only able to help the customer in raising the concern with the courier company involved. StepinClothing will only fulfill the order again if the courier company confirms that the parcel is indeed lost and has not been delivered to the customer.
