StepinClothing ensures that its products reach customers in almost every region of India. Rest assured, your order will be shipped within 3-4 business day. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges:- For all orders below ₹. 1899/-, there is a A fee of 50 rupees is applicable for the local state, whereas the rest of the state incurs a charge of 70 rupees. . It is important to note that this charge does not cover COD charges, shipping charges, taxes, or any reduction in value resulting from the use of coupons or other offers. Moreover, certain locations may have an additional charge. Free shipping is available for orders of ₹. 1899 or more (excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at select locations. However, for other locations, there will be additional shipping charges. In these locations, a shipping charge of ₹. 50 will be added to all orders below ₹. 1899 (with the same exclusions as mentioned above).
To determine the shipping fee for each product, simply enter your pin code information on the product pages. The total shipping charge for your order will be the combined fees for all chargeable products, plus an additional ₹. 50 for orders below ₹. 1899. You can view the order level charge in your cart and also when you provide your shipping address during the checkout process.
StepinClothing has the authority to alter the shipping charges without prior intimation. Customers will observe the revised charges on both the product page and during the checkout process.
DELIVERY
Estimated Delivery Time:- The delivery process during the Covid lockdown is governed by the guidelines set by the MHA and state government. Make sure to stay informed about any updates.
The delivery time for all areas covered by reputable couriers is typically between 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipping. Please note that business days do not include Sundays and holidays.
The delivery date shown during the order process, including on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout, and Order Confirmation pages, as well as in the order confirmation email, is subject to change. Once the order has been shipped, a new Estimated Delivery Date will be provided in the ‘Order Details’ section under ‘My Account’. This will allow you to easily monitor the status of your shipment.
StepinClothing is committed to providing a delightful customer experience by ensuring that products are delivered on or before the Estimated Delivery Date communicated. However, there may be unforeseen delays in the delivery process due to logistical challenges beyond our control. In such cases, StepinClothing cannot be held liable and we kindly request our users to cooperate as we make every effort to minimize such occurrences. Additionally, StepinClothing reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion if there are significant delays or if the shipment cannot be traced physically. In such instances, the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to your StepinClothing wallet.
Address Change:- You have the option to modify your delivery address as long as your order is either in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the items in the order have been shipped yet. However, please keep in mind that if there are any differences in the charges or taxes between the original delivery address used when placing the order and the updated one, the request to update the address may not be accepted.
No worries at all! This is a common challenge faced by Visitors. To modify your shipping or billing address, just log in and visit ‘My Account’. You can also make changes while placing your order.
Our courier assistant will make an effort to reach out to you before their arrival, ensuring that you are ready. If nobody is present at the specified address during the delivery, they will get in touch with you again and arrange for an alternative day/time for the delivery.
COD payments have a higher failure rate compared to other payment methods, and occasionally we end up paying twice for the COD option. To reduce the risk, we have implemented a minimum charge of Rs 50 per order. Additionally, our courier partners charge an extra fee for all COD orders.
Our delivery service operates on all days of the week except for Sundays. This is because Sundays are reserved for creating exciting new adventure and discovery plans.
Tracking Packages:- Your convenience is our priority, which is why we will send you an email with the name of the courier company and the tracking number for your consignment. In the event that you don’t receive our email within 24 hours of placing your order, please take a moment to check your spam folder. It’s important to note that in some cases, it may take up to another 24 hours for the tracking information to be available online, as it relies on the courier company scanning your package. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this process.
Non-availability on Delivery:- Our dedicated delivery partners will make not one, not two, but three attempts to deliver your package before it is sent back to our warehouse. To ensure a swift and efficient delivery, kindly include your mobile number in the delivery address. This will greatly assist our team in expediting the process.
