Easy Return/Exchange policy
At StepinClothing, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to assist you with our straightforward Return and Exchange Policy.
The return or replacement/exchange policy mentioned on the product page when the order was made will take precedence for all products. It is important to understand that the policy may be altered according to business requirements, and the policy active at the time of order placement will be enforced.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within [10] days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Return/Exchange Process:
If for any reason the product is not eligible for a replacement or exchange after delivery, like if it’s out of stock or the return pickup is unavailable, you can still return it within the return period after delivery.Ensure that you return the product in its original packaging, along with all the parts and freebies. It’s essential to pack it correctly when you send it back. Please be aware that if you hand over the wrong product to our courier service partner, StepinClothing will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit or otherwise.
Upon the arrival of the original product(s) at our Facility and successful completion of the quality check, we will arrange for the shipment of your replacement/exchange product to the designated address.
When the customer refuses to accept the original order containing products that are eligible for replacement or exchange only, or if the customer declines the replacement/exchange product(s) after they have already been shipped, a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be charged.
If you decide to return any of the products from an order that was placed using a coupon or offer, please note that the coupon code or offer will no longer be valid for that order. Additionally, the refund will not include the benefit of the coupon or offer. However, if you opt for a replacement or exchange, the new order will still receive the benefit of the same coupon code or offer that was applied to the original order.
How does Returns work?
- Go to Order History page and click on the order number for which you want to raise a return request.
- Click on the Return link next to the product you would like to return.
- Follow the screens, fill in the required details and submit the request
- Our delivery team will collect the package from your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
For all eligible Pincodes where pickup service is provided by reputable couriers, the estimated reverse pickup time is usually within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). However, there might be unforeseen delays in the pickup process due to unavoidable logistics challenges beyond our control. We kindly request your cooperation as StepinClothing continuously works towards reducing such instances.
How does Replace/Exchange work?
We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected and you might have concerns about your product. But worry not, because we’ve got you covered. If you find yourself facing any issues, feel free to request a Replacement/Exchange (valid reasons required) within the provided timeframe after receiving your selected range of products. Our dedicated team will make sure to assist you in the best possible way, taking into consideration the availability of the product. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are of utmost importance to us!
When your product is delivered, simply visit the Order History > Order Details Page. If the window hasn’t expired, you can click on the Replace or Exchange button to raise a request. Just follow the Returns Flow steps and submit your request. Please remember that replacement or exchange is currently available only for selected products at StepinClothing. To check if your product is eligible, take a look at the product details page.
Once you have submitted the request, we will proceed to validate it. Upon approval, we will make an attempt to pick up the original product(s). Please keep in mind that the product must be unused, unwashed, and untorn, with all its original tags intact. It should be returned in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer/brand, just as it was shipped to you. Additionally, please include all the original accessories, user manual, and warranty cards (if applicable) to ensure a successful refund process. If any of the mentioned return guidelines are not fulfilled, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to process a refund for the returned product.
After we receive the original product(s) at our Facility and conduct a thorough quality check, we will proceed to ship the replacement/exchange product straight to your address. Rest assured, you can conveniently track the delivery of your replacement/exchange Order on the same Order Details Page.
